And when locals say fish, they means all the fish is the Delta, at once! It tastes so formidable Because the fish borscht is made from a variety of fish and boil into a pot! Fish it must be really fresh!

In Delta the fish borscht is eaten with an local quiddity

First it is removed the fish and the vegetables on a platter and serve with garlic sauce and vinegar. Only when you're full it is served the borscht in a bowl plus a brandy for stimulate your digestion.

We can choose to stay overnight on the channel Caraorman and we can make rides on the mentioned lakes (additional cost depending on number of participants).
